Olive Oil

The olives for Domodimonti Extra Virgin Olive Oil come exclusively from these hills, in the Marche region.

Hand-harvested before full ripeness, they guarantee maximum freshness and quality. To preserve optimal organoleptic properties, the olives are transported in ventilated crates and cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvest.

The Excellence of Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The perfection of Francesco Bellini’s extra virgin olive oil comes from pressing a variety of olives: Leccino, Frantoio, Carboncella, Moraiolo, Pendolino, and Raggia. After pressing, the oil is temporarily stored and then bottled under nitrogen in dark glass bottles, ensuring freshness and protection from light.

A Unique Territory Between Sea and Mountains

The olive groves of Domodimonti stretch along the hills of Montefiore dell’Aso in a privileged location. Facing south on mineral-rich clay soil, these olive groves benefit from the proximity to the sea to the east, the natural protection of the Sibillini Mountains to the west, and an altitude of 300 meters above sea level—ideal conditions for olive cultivation.
