“I wanted to produce a wine I could drink with my family and share with friends, and I wanted to produce it here, where I was born.
I dreamed of a winery that respected its land and, therefore, our roots. I built it into the hillside to preserve the natural lines of the landscape, and from the start, I focused on organic practices and solar energy.
One day, I found myself producing more bottles than we could drink, and at that very moment, Domodimonti, as you know it today, was born. We are happy to share it with you.”
