Production Technique:

Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in largeoak barrels and tonneau for six months

Colour: Ruby red with violet highlights

Bouquet: Rose, berry fruit, ripe plum and leather

Taste: Good acidity and sapidity, medium-bodied, finishing with persistent pleasing tannins.
